FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves determining nature, degree and localization of lacrimal canaliculus patency disorder in intraoperative mode. New lacrimal point is formed, opening is produced between expanded natural lacrimal point and the newly produced one. Tube wrapped with transplant is introduced into shortened lacrimal canaliculus via the produced opening from the anterior capsule of native lens after having made cataract extraction and implanted intraocular lens. ^ EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; repaired active tears production; repaired canaliculus stenosis. ^ 2 cl, 4 dwg |
