FIELD: space engineering; designing spacecraft of wide class. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed spacecraft has truss-like skeleton structure, body panels, target and service equipment including electric power supply system containing solar and nickel-hydrogen batteries and voltage stabilization automatic control units.
