PURPOSE: A cell-transducing transport domain fusion protein and use thereof are provided, thereby effectively transporting the transport domain fusion protein into a cell, and maintaining the activity of transferred protein within the cell, so that it can be useful for transferring bio-stimulating materials into the cells. CONSTITUTION: The cell-transducing transport domain fusion protein is prepared by covalently binding a transport domain comprising a hydrophobic domain consists of 15 to 30 amino acids and contains 5 or more of triptophanes, a lysine containing hydrophilic domain, and a spacer which separates these two domains to the N-terminal or C-terminal of a target protein which is not cell-transducible, wherein the transport domain is a peptide PEP-1 having the amino acid sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO:1. |
