PURPOSE: A method and a system for a reserved settlement are provided to make a reservation for a service or buy a ticket in advance through wire/wireless communication network by performing a temporary settlement with a smart card as proving for cancellation or repayment. CONSTITUTION: A client wire/wireless communication tool(100) reserves the service by connecting to a management server(110) of a service provider(105) and requests the temporary settlement for a service price to a card company. A card company server(115) generates/transmits a temporary settlement certification code to the management server of the service provider and the smart card of the client. The management server of the service provider generates/transmits the reservation confirming data to the smart card, manages/stores the temporary settlement certification code in a database by linking with the reservation confirming data, and requests price settlement to a card company by comparing the temporary settlement certification code stored in the smart card with the temporary settlement certification code stored in the management server.
