FIELD: repairing operations, namely apparatuses for restoring beds of main bearings of crank gear of internal combustion engine. ^ SUBSTANCE: apparatus for restoring beds of main bearings of crank gear of internal combustion engines includes flange; feeding reduction gear, measuring device for controlling dimensions of worked beds, fly-wheel. Flange is arranged directly in one outer bed of main bearings of worked cylinder unit. Feed reduction gear is arranged on flange. Device for measuring dimensions of bored beds is built-in to boring shaft. Cutting tool is mounted between basing members. Apparatus is provided with inserts to bed of main bearings for basing boring shaft. Apparatus provided desired parameters relating to non-roundness, conicity degree, non-coaxiality and surface roughness of beds of main bearings. ^ EFFECT: provision of target size of restored bed, enlarged manufacturing possibility of apparatus. ^ 2 dwg |
