PURPOSE: A radiator equipped with oil cooler is provided to improve assembling efficiency by shortening the length of a combining boss in assembling an oil cooler in a lower tank and to prevent a screw unit of the combining boss from being broken down by excessive clamping torque by sliding-joining an outer pipe and the combing boss. CONSTITUTION: A radiator equipped with oil cooler mounts an oil cooler(100) having a flow pipe(140) for passing a first heat-exchanging medium and a combining boss(110) for joining and communicating the inner part of the flow pipe and an outer pipe(120) in a lower tank(32) for passing a second heat-exchanging medium. A sliding combination device joins one end of the outer pipe and the combining boss. The sliding combination device is composed of a boss flange(111) for extending from the end of the combining boss to both sides and having a sliding groove formed vertically between the lower tank and the boss flange and a pipe flange(121) for extending from one end of the outer pipe, closely contacting to the front surface of the boss flange, and having a sliding sill(122) vertically formed at both sides and inserted into the sliding groove.
