FIELD: underground gas-oil storage tanks, particularly for packing annulus of technological well to protect main pipe casing. ^ SUBSTANCE: packer has body provided with collar, hydraulic cylinder with piston, anchoring means, fixing means and sealing means. Sealing means includes collar gaskets and shear ball valve arranged in lower body part. Two flange gaskets with pressure and support collars are located from both sides of collar gaskets. Additional shear ball valve is connected in series to lower body part. ^ EFFECT: increased packer reliability and service life. ^ 1 dwg |
