PURPOSE: An LTCC(Low Temperature Co-fired Ceramic) stacked LC filter is provided, which has a good frequency response characteristics by improving filter characteristics such as frequency selectivity, insertion loss and impedance matching. CONSTITUTION: According to the LTCC stacked LC filter, A step like impedance resonator electrode is printed on the first dielectric substrate(55L,56-2L). In the step like impedance resonator electrode, ends of a high impedance electrode is connected to an electrode having a width corresponding to a dimension including a process tolerance to maintain a constant effective length of a main resonator(60) and is grounded. An input/output port and a capacitive load electrode or an input/output electrode, a capacitive load electrode(40) and a coupling device between resonators are printed on the second dielectric substrate. An electrode(90) for attenuation electrode adjustment is printed on the third dielectric substrate. And a resonant pattern electrode is printed on the fourth dielectric substrate. |
