The device has a profile (1) with a central part, and a projection on each side of the central part that is extended by a support vein. The central part has a metallic sheet having a closure and two oblique parts forming an angle of 90 degrees with the closure. A metallic floor beam supporting the profile has an upper plane, two oblique sides, and a fixing edge (8) that fixes each of the sides of the oblique parts. An independent claim is also included for a process of setting up parquet flooring without nails, without glue, removable, and realized by a device for the formation of a parquet flooring.
