FIELD: equipment used in various processes, such as cooling and lubrication of cutting zone with dispersed liquids, spraying and painting of surfaces, cooling and moistening of air, mixing and dispersing of non-homogeneous liquids. ^ SUBSTANCE: apparatus has vortex pipe including casing with helical nozzle inlet and cylindrical chamber fixed in casing and equipped with branch pipe for ejection of dispersed medium in diametrical section of cylindrical chamber. Branch pipes are made detachable. Dispersed medium intake branch pipe is divided by partition into at least two inlets and is provided with divider made from netted material having cells of different sizes. Junction site of intake branch pipe and inner diameter of chamber is made in the form of radius. Branch pipe for ejection of dispersed medium may have nozzle channel of different shape, for example, it may be cylindrical, conical diverging, conical converging, slot-shaped. Partition may be made in the form of, for example, cross-piece. Length of cylindrical chamber is 2.5-4.0 of its diameter, diameter of intake branch pipe is 0.07-0.25 the diameter of chamber, and its length is 2-6 diameters thereof. Diameter of branch pipe for ejection of dispersed medium is 0.5-0.7 the diameter of chamber. ^ EFFECT: increased efficiency owing to complete utilization of pressurized air admitted into chamber, provision for joint dispersion of non-homogeneous substances, inadequately miscible liquids, and regulation of spray angle of discharged medium. ^ 6 cl, 1 dwg |
