PURPOSE: A method for calculating a call charge of a mobile terminal is provided to provide a user with information on an accurate call charge related to a currently used call service. CONSTITUTION: A user selects a charge system corresponding to charge goods of a communication provider that the user uses from a menu of a mobile terminal(S201,S202,S204). When the user makes a phone call, a key input unit recognizes inputting of a call key and a microprocessor measures a call time by operating a timer. When the call is terminated, the microprocessor stores a call start time, a call termination time and the call time in a memory, and calculates a call charge for the call time with reference to a charge system information previously stored in a memory(S203,S205,S206).
