摘要 PURPOSE: A hardfacing method of parts for industrial machinery and equipment is provided to extend the life cycle of the parts by covering a hard surface layer on the surface of the parts, thereby improving physical properties of the parts and maximize productivity and economic efficiency by performing a large amount of work easily and promptly. CONSTITUTION: The hardfacing method comprises a step of injecting powder of 0.9 wt.% of carbon (C), 4.3 wt.% of silicon (Si), 3.3 wt.% of boron (B), 4.2 wt.% of iron (Fe), 16.3 wt.% of chromium (Cr) and 71 wt.% of nickel (Ni) along with binder into a mixer; a step of mixing the materials by mixing the materials injected into the mixer to a mixer speed of 20 revolutions per minute for 20 to 30 minutes; a step of forming the mixed material as tape or coating the mixed material in the paste state on the parts for industrial machinery and equipment; and a step of quenching and tempering the mixed material coated parts for industrial machinery and equipment.
