PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a silver halide photographic sensitive material capable of suppressing uneven processing and stain even in long-term running with a reduced amount of silver and ensuring stable photographic performance. SOLUTION: In the silver halide photographic sensitive material having at least one silver halide emulsion layer and at least one hydrophilic colloidal layer on a support, a silver bromide content of a silver halide emulsion in the silver halide emulsion layer is 40-90 mol%, and a silver halide emulsion in the silver halide photographic sensitive material has been spectrally sensitized with a specified dye.
