PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of a door hinge for a vehicle capable of enhancing supporting rigidity of a door for the vehicle by lengthening a distance between a pair of upper and lower door hinges, while securing a degree of freedom of shaping of the door. SOLUTION: In the door 7 for the vehicle having an entirely curved external surface of the door 7, a door flange part 9 is formed at a vehicle body outer edge part of a mounting end face 8, and the door hinges 10 and 10a are coupled at two portions of the vertical direction of the mounting end face 8. The door hinges 10 and 10a are coupled with the mounting end face 8 via a fastening member 14 inserted into a mounting hole 13. By forming the mounting hole 13 as a lateral long hole extended to the outside of a vehicle width direction from a normal insertion position K of the fastening member 14 and moving the door 7 for the vehicle to the inside of a vehicle body after locating and setting the fastening member 14 at an end part of the outside of the vehicle body of the mounting hole 13, a flange part 12a can be coupled by being arranged close to the outside of the vehicle body, and thereby the distance between the door hinges 10 and 10a can be taken long.
