FILM LAMINATE AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film laminate low in water vapor permeability. SOLUTION: In the film laminate constituted by laminating a flattening layer on a base material layer made of a plastic film and laminating an inorganic compound layer on the flattening layer, the plastic film is produced by a solution casting method and the laminated side of the base material layer made of the plastic film is the surface on the side coming into contact with a belt for supporting the film in the solution casting method. The maximum value of the peak-to-valley of unevenness excepting the undulation in the unevenness of the laminated side is set to 50 nm or below. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
