PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a window frame panel for a vehicle which eliminates the partial floating phenomenon of a decorative sheet easy to occur in a depressed curved surface part when the decorative sheet made of a synthetic resin is laminated to the surface of the window frame panel for the vehicle. SOLUTION: The window frame panel for the vehicle is manufactured by covering the surface of window frame panel made of aluminum with the decorative sheet made of the synthetic resin, which has a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer having mesh-like communication grooves formed on its surface, by vacuum laminate molding. This manufacturing method is composed of a first process for setting both molding chambers of a vacuum forming machine having first and second molding chambers to an almost vacuum state, a second process for softening the decorative sheet made of the synthetic resin by heating, a third process for covering the window frame panel made of aluminum arranged in the second molding chamber with the softened decorative sheet made of the synthetic resin and a fourth process for raising the atmospheric pressure in the first molding chamber to press the decorative sheet made of the synthetic resin so as to follow the shape of the window frame panel made of aluminum.
