PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an end connecting part of an endo-therapy accessory insertion channel of an endoscope, smoothly passing the end connecting part of the endo-therapy accessory insertion channel even if the endo-therapy accessory is firm. SOLUTION: In the end connecting part of the endo-therapy accessory insertion channel of an endoscope, hard connecting pipes 6, 16 are inserted in at least one of the forward end or the base end of the endo-therapy accessory insertion channel 5 formed of a flexible tube and connected thereto. Hard coating pipes 7, 17 are put on the outer peripheral part of the endo-therapy accessory insertion channel 5 extending from the part of the endo-therapy accessory insertion channel where the connecting pipes 6, 16 are inserted to the parts adjacent thereto where the connecting pipes 6, 16 are not inserted.
