PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steamer for managing temperature in a show case to be within a fixed range by reducing fluctuations around a set target value and also managing humidity to be a set target value by following the temperature. SOLUTION: The steamer 1 comprises: a base 2 having a steam blowing holes 9 arranged on the upper surface and a steam generating means 3 stored therein; and a show case 12 to be arranged on the base 2. Food shelves 14 are disposed inside the show case 12. A steam storage chamber 16 having a discharge hole 17 is formed with an inclination board 15 in the upper part of the food shelves 14. A temperature sensor 18 is arranged inside the show case 12.
