PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively prevent artifact from occurring with respect to an AC electromagnetic field from a low frequency band of 10KHz to a high frequency bank of 3GHz. SOLUTION: This human body equivalent dielectric gel includes honey, gelatin and water. The gel is produced by heating a mixture containing water and a gelatin powder to 60-90°C at a temperature rising speed of 5°C/min or below and perfectly dissolving the gelatin while this temperature is kept.
