PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reaping device capable of harvesting a large amount of harvested materials by a small number of works and movements, and aiming at the improvement of working efficiency in reaping work. SOLUTION: This reaping device is provided by, while traveling and moving a traveling vehicle 4 constituting the reaping device 4, reaping the young leaves 2 of rice 1 in a prescribed length by raking and feeding the leaves with a rotating force of a raking reel 17, also moving and gathering the reaped young leaves 2 of the rice 1 with the rotating force of an auger 19 to an almost central part, arranging them in the direction of almost in parallel to their feeding direction and feeding continuously to a cutting machine 21 installed as continued to an opening part 20. Also, the young leaves 2 sent into the opening part 20 of a reaping frame 16 are harvested by slicing them by the prescribed length in their length direction with the cutting machine 21.
