PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To install a land-leveling device capable of shaving off the soil at a convex site formed in a field, transporting the shaved-off soil to a concave part in the field and filling the soil therein, in a mobile farming machine. SOLUTION: This land-leveling device has a rotary cover 16 covering the upper part of a tillage rotary 4, a rear cover 18 axially supported by the rear part of the rotary cover 16 so as to be turnable in the upper and lower direction, and a bucket 22 supported by the rear part of the tillage rotary 4 through supporting members 23, 23. The bucket 22 is moved so as to follow the lifting and lowering of the tillage rotary 4, and the rear cover 18 and the bucket 22 are constituted so as to be overlapped in the upper and lower direction in the side view.
