PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lighten the whole reel and to improve releasing performance of a fishing line in a rotor of a spinning reel. SOLUTION: The rotor 3 of the spinning reel is a so-called bail-less type rotor in which a fishing line guide part 31 is attached only to a first rotor arm 33 and has a rotor body 30 and the fishing line guide part 31 freely shakingly attached to the rotor body 30. The rotor body 30 has a cylindrical part 32 and a first rotor arm 33 and a second rotor arm 43 extended from positions opposed to the outer peripheral surface of the rear end part of the cylindrical part 32 apart from the cylindrical part 32 forward, respectively. The distance (H) in the axial direction of a spool 4 between the front of the rear end part of the cylindrical part 32 and the shake center of the fishing line guide part is≥50% and≤80% of the longitudinal movement distance (S) of the spool 4.
