The present invention relates to a method of preparing a solid-fibrin web or autologous fibrin glue, to be used for alleviating viral infections and/or rejection cases in surgery, by contacting plasma from a patient with a calcium-coagulation activator, and concurrently coagulating and axially centrifugating the plasma to form the solid-fibrin web, said web being suitable for regenerating body tissue in a living organism.
