PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an RLP frame receiving method with which an RLP frame is accurately received, a transmission time of the RLP frame is reduced and reliability for a user can be improved by comparing a loss degree of each RLP frame with a reference value and varying an exchange variable on the basis of the compared result when an error frame is detected from received RLP frames. SOLUTION: The radio link protocol RLP(Radio Link Protocol) frame is received by successively implementing the steps of: discriminating the error frame from the received RLP frames; measuring the loss degree of each received RLP frame, comparing the measured loss degree with the reference value; varying the exchange variable that is set on the initial stage of reception, on the basis of the compared result; and requesting re-transmission of the RLP frame corresponding to the error frame on the basis of the varied exchange variable.
