SOLUTION: A group management means 11 manages items to be chatted by the user by dividing the items into groups. An interface control means 12 controls an interface with the user accessed to the group. the interface control means 12 transmits the list of the groups managed by the group management means 11 to a terminal in accordance with a request for the list of the groups from the terminal of the user and transmits the information of the user in the group to the terminal in accordance with a request for group information from the terminal.
