PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for transmitting structured data by which a part or the whole of fragments of structured data can actively be acquired/integrated if needed on a reception side. SOLUTION: A plurality of pieces of fragment data and fragment constitution information corresponding to respective pieces of fragment data, which are information for integrating respective pieces of fragment data on the reception side and creating structured data having a tree structure, are received. Fragment constitution information includes reference information having identification information identifying fragment data corresponding to respective pieces of fragment data and position information on a connection position in created structured data of corresponding fragment data. Structured data is created by integrating received fragment data based on position information and reference information, which are included in received respective pieces of fragment structure information.
