PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thread guard method of a multithread winding machine capable of improving product yield of a full package by minimizing end thread by stably cutting the thread with a thread guard guide section when the thread guard is performed on a plurality of bobbins. SOLUTION: In the thread guard method of the multithread winding machine where the plurality of bobbins having a thread trapping groove is inserted into one spindle, each bobbin is provided with a thread guard guide at the shortest distance 15-35 (mm) from the bobbin surface, and a running thread is engaged with the thread guard guide at a guide winding angle 240-300°.
