PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved soft film bag for refill, which is simple in refilling operation, convenient to use for anyone, and from which content can be sucked out to the last using a pump with its sucking force not extremely strong. SOLUTION: In the soft film bag for refill which stores a content of liquid or fluid such as cleansers, foods and drinks and the like and derives the content by sticking the tip of the suction tube of a pump, a self shape retaining flange is fixed to the opening part which is positioned on the side opposite to the soft film bottom part of the soft film bag body, and the self shape retaining flange is covered with a sticking seal part for sticking the tip of the suction tube of a pump.
