PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a caster by which people can get over a step smoothly and safely when he/she faces a larger step irrespective of the step existing indoors or on a road. SOLUTION: The caster is structured so that a main wheel 3 and auxiliary wheels 4 and 5 having different diameters are installed on the side face of a yoke 2 with appropriate spacings reserved ahead, and projections 11 and 12 are formed on peripheries of the auxiliary wheels 4 and 5 in positions in front and at undersurfaces, and that weights 13 and 14 are installed so that the projections 11 and 12 are positioned at all times at the undersurface in front.
