<p>An analytical reagent for detecting superoxide anions which eliminates problems associated with conventional techniques and which has features such as high detection sensitivity, diminished influences of luminescence in a long-wavelength region and luminescence of components including a protein, lipid, and sugar chain, improved water solubility, and high-precision analysis; a process for producing the reagent; and a method of analysis for superoxide anions with the reagent. The reagent comprises: a compound comprising a cyclodextrin molecule and, bonded thereto by covalent bonding, a fluorescein molecule and an imidazo[1,2-a]pyrazin-3(7H)-one molecule.</p> |
