CARRYING STRUCTURE OF A PASSENGER CAR

1. Carrying structure of a passenger car comprising: - a body in which an engine compartment, a cab and a cargo/passenger compartment are formed, and which has panels fixed to each other, made of a polymer composite material and constituting the body sheeting; - a framework having front, middle and rear parts formed by side members, cross members and verticals comprising at least two pairs of door pillars spaced at the corresponding doorway width, of which pillars of each pair are connected to each other at their lower part with a threshold-forming side member, while pillars of diverse pairs are connected to each other at their lower part with cross members; - the cargo/passenger compartment having a detachable module being capable to get removed or changed without infringement of normal functioning of the car; - the framework additionally having side members, cross members and sloping members forming a framework of the roof and of the windscreen: - side. vertical and sloping reinforcement members fixed at different levels of the front, middle and rear parts of the framework; - step-shaped reinforcement members fixed on different levels at the tower half of the rear part of the framework, of which an members are connected to each other by means of welded joint; - upper ends of rear standing pillars of each pair of the middle part being additionally connected to each other with the first cross member of the roof framework, of which sloping members on one side are fixed on upper ends of front pillars of each pair of the middle part, while on the other side they are connected to each other with the second cross member of the roof framework, which is connected to the first cross member of the roof framework with its two side members; - one part of the sheeting panels being fixed to the framework by means of adhesive joint and forming additional reinforcement elements at locations of junctures with members of the framework; - the other part of panels being fixed to the framework by means of separable joint and having on the inside surface a reinforcement part executed with stiffening ribs. 2. Carrying structure of a passenger car according to Claim 1, characterized in that all members of the framework, except members forming the roof framework, constitute metal tubular elements of rectangular cross-section. 3. Carrying structure of a passenger car according to Claim 1, characterized in that all members of the roof framework constitute metal tubular elements of circular cross-section. 4. Carrying structure of a passenger car according to Claim 1, characterized in that the panels fixed to the framework by means of adhesive joint comprise a roof, two side panels, two front wings and a floor. 5. Carrying structure of a passenger car according to Claim 1, characterized in that the panels fixed to the framework with separable joint comprise a bonnet, front and rear bumpers, two side doors, a rear drop side, a detachable module and a partition placed between the cab and the cargo/passenger compartment of the body. 6. Carrying structure of a passenger car according to Claim 1, characterized in that the detachable module is executed as an integral carrying unit and has the form of a cowl, its roof and side walls constituting a single U-shaped panel made of a polymer composite material, the rear door being hinged thereto. 7. Carrying structure of a passenger car according to any one of Claims 1 or 5, characterized in that the detachable module has a modification chosen from the range: "estate car", "van", "hatchback".
