<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spot lighting fixture whose light emitting diode has improved luminance since the heat generated in the light emitting diode is radiated to the outside effectively. <P>SOLUTION: The spot lighting fixture A has the light emitting diode 110 which is mounted on a substrate 100, an inverse cone shape reflecting plate 200 holding the light emitting diode 110 inside, which reflects the light of the light emitting diode 110 forward, and a thermally conductive member 300 which is mounted between the substrate 100 and the reflecting plate 200.
