COMPLEX RESOLVING SYSTEM USING THE INTERNET

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of obtaining the information of an expert matched with the request of a service user and smoothly perform information exchange and reservation confirmation with the expert since conventionally it is difficult to search for the expert matched with the request of an individual and obtain required information due to the deluge of the information and a distant feeling to the expert in resolving the complex of a hairstyle or looks that the individual has.

SOLUTION: The user can correct an image fetched by himself/herself on web contents (home page) ideally on a screen, and a system is provided with a means for transmitting the electronic mail of consultation to which the image or the like is attached to a web content (home page) operator and a means for image-processing the image received by the web content operator as requested and returning it together with the required information of the service user and reservation confirmation.
