PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a job hunter to achieve matching with an employing company while improving skills and be employed in a desired company.

SOLUTION: In skill improvement and matching processing, the matching processing is performed between the job hunter and the employing company on the basis of the information of the job hunter, the information of the employing company and the information on a mediation management side, the skills of the job hunter are improved when matching is not achieved due to a skill condition in the information of the job hunter, and the matching of the updated information of the job hunter after improving the skills and the information of the employing company is achieved.
