<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system allowing calculation of a parking lot use fee including discount according to payment when a user purchases an article while maintaining anonymity without executing advanced registration, and allowing calculation of the parking lot use fee including the discount according to a payment amount even if the payment is executed over a plurality of positions when the user purchases the article. <P>SOLUTION: A temporary identifier production means produces a user temporary identifier and a vehicle temporary identifier when entering a parking lot, a parking lot use information holding means holds a use time of the parking lot relatively to the vehicle temporary identifier, a user information holding means holds information about the parking lot use fee in a pair with the user temporary identifier, and an adjustment information production means calculates the use fee from the parking lot use time from the vehicle temporary identifier when a vehicle exits, and parking lot use fee related information from the user temporary identifier. After the adjustment of the fee, a gate is opened, the use fee is sent to an exit gate control means, and the vehicle temporary identifier and the user temporary identifier are discarded. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
