PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to avoid botheration associated with environmental management, time management, temperature management, and the like when handling chemical substances, and simplify and ensure the high reliability of manual fastening operation and a locking means. SOLUTION: A structure of fastening together a solid member 1 and a cylindrical member 2 is constituted as follows: the expanding/deforming portions of the outer circumferential surface of the cylindrical member are fit into the recessed portions 1-3 in the inner circumferential surface of the solid member. To make this fit a firm fastening means, pairs of grooves and projections are formed on the outer circumferential surface of the cylindrical member 2 in positions corresponding to the recessed portions in the inner circumferential surface of the solid member. The circumferential projected portions between them are so constituted that they can be easily expanded outward by expanding/deforming from the inner circumferential surface side. Thus, the work is facilitated, and deformation in the other portions of the cylindrical member can be avoided. Further, a reliable and effective fastening means can be implemented.
