PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a two-frequency matching circuit in which occurrence of a reflected wave can be suppressed all over the bands of two frequencies to be matched. SOLUTION: For a load 1 that is represented with a serial resonance circuit, the serial resonance circuit and a parallel resonance circuit are used together to form matching circuits 3, 4, 5. Thus, the levels of reflection coefficients in the bands of first and second frequencies can be determined to be equal ripple characteristics and as a result, the occurrence of the reflected wave can be suppressed all over the bands of the frequencies.
