PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily mass-produced brushless DC motor comprising a light weight cell structure, having a high output torque with less loss, and high efficiency even at a fast speed. SOLUTION: The brushless DC motor comprises a main rotor magnet 2 provided on a shaft 4, an armature coil 7 provided to face the main rotor magnet 2 away from it in the lengthwise direction of the shaft 4, a casing 1 which, acting as a non-magnetic barrier wall, is provided between the main rotor magnet 2 and the armature coil 7 and is coupled with a cap 16 to seal the main rotor magnet 2, and a subrotor magnet 8 rotatably provided on the side opposite to the main rotor magnet 2 with the armature coil 7 in between.
