PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reactor apparatus which can control the change in characteristic value and the generation of noise even when temperature rises. SOLUTION: The reactor apparatus 1000 includes an aluminum case 100, U-shape cores 110, 112, I-shape cores 120, coils 130, bolts 140, retainers 150, and rubber cushions. Gaps 170 are respectively formed between the U-shape cores 110 and I-shape cores 120, between the I-shape cores 120, and between the U-shape core 112 and I-shape core 120. The U-shape cores 110 are fixed to the aluminum case 100 using the bolts 140. The retainers 150 are fixed to the aluminum case 100 using the bolts 140.
