PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify an operation for sharing in chatting text data produced in the execution of a chat and multimedia information. SOLUTION: A data management part 311 records and manages information the participants of a meeting produce or participant information obtained via a network. A data display control unit 315 displays information images representing the participant information thus managed on the display I/F 100 of a handy terminal 207. A data transmission part 313 selects the participant information corresponding to one of the information images according to the operation executed on the display I/F 100 and transmits it to the outside.
