PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal slag-containing cement composition which is lightweight and has a high heat-insulating property. SOLUTION: The metal slag-containing cement composition contains 0.1-20 parts by weight of porous hollow resin particles, each having a plurality of holes at its inside to 100 parts by weight of a mixture of 5-100 wt.% metal slag and 0-95 wt.% cement.
