PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet feeding device for determining whether supply and conveyance should be executed in accordance with a document loading condition or not and to provide an image reading device and an image formation device. SOLUTION: This sheet feeding device is constituted in such a way that, when a document detector provided on a document tray is on (S11:YES), a control part determines whether document is fixed size or not based on a document size table stored in a storage part (S12) and the document tray is lifted, lowered, and moved based on detection output of a call-in roller position detector after a predetermined period of time elapses (S13:YES) when the document is the fixed size (S12:YES) to let the document tray stand-by in a condition in which the document on the uppermost layer can be immediately supplied and conveyed.
