The length of the offgas sector (7) or bypass (22) is varied so the anti-node of the sector (7) vibration where the bypass (22) enters this sector (7) coincides with the vibration node in the sector (7). The bypass connects the offgas sector (7) directly with the combustion chamber (6) or the oxidizer line and burner (5). The bypass (22) can also link the combustion chamber (6) with the fuel feed (2) or mix line (4). The bypass is of the same section as the offgas sector (7) in part at least and is partly filled with sound-absorbent material.
