<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain en electronic device which protects an operation unit of an operation means by means of a holding member, and uses a holder having a malfunction prevention function which enables easy recongnition of a holding state also as an impact buffer means (damper), and to provide a reproducing apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: The malfunction of the portable reproducing apparatus is prevented by relaxing the impact at the fall of the operation means 23 and performing electrical holding by means of a holder 11 disposed slidably between a casing 2 and a cover 25. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
