<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and a method for making distributed energy correct wherein the scale of equipment corresponds to the amount of natural energy obtained and the amount of energy consumed at the destinations of supply and the installation cost and the operation cost can be minimized. <P>SOLUTION: The apparatus for making distributed energy correct comprises: an amount of natural energy taken in computing unit 13 to which the measured value of the amount of natural energy in a place where a distributed energy supply device to be put into operation in the future or in operation is to be installed can be inputted; and an amount of energy consumed computing unit 16 to which the amount of energy consumed by an energy consuming plant supplied with energy from the distributed energy supply device can be inputted. The scale of supply of the distributed energy supply device is computed from the amount of natural energy taken in and the amount of energy consumed by the energy consuming plant.
