<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a cellular telephone storage part 1 from touching the waist of a user, so as to make the user comfortably walk, and to make a cellular telephone be easily taken out from a storage bag part 3 by enlarging a dimension in a projected part of the cellular telephone from the taking-in/out port 4 of the cellular telephone. <P>SOLUTION: A bag is provided with: a cover case 2 having a waist band attachment part 11; the cellular telephone storage part 1 having a lid part 5 for opening/closing the taking-in/out port 4 of the storage bag part 3; and a small article taking-in/out assisting means 6 for moving an inner bottom part between an outer bottom part and the port 4 inside the storage bag part 3. The cellular telephone storage part 1 is turnably supported by the cover case 2. Then, in accordance with the turn, the direction of the port 4 of the cellular telephone storage part 1 is set to be horizontal H along a waist band extending direction, and to be vertical V crossing with respect to the waist band extending direction. A belt body 16 is commonly used as the lid part 5 in the small article taking-in/out assisting means 6. The belt body 16 is pulled from the side of the outer bottom part to the side of the opening part 4 so as to move the inner bottom part towards the opening part 4 from the outer bottom part.
