PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shouldering belt attaching device which makes a shouldering bag such as a satchel fit more to a user's body to ease fatigue feeling. SOLUTION: This shouldering belt attaching device is equipped with right and left symmetrical two oscillating arms 4, 4 on a case body 3 fixed to a back board 2 of a shouldering bag 1. An insert part 6 of an attaching ring 5 of the shouldering belt 7 is laterally set on an upper part of each oscillating arm 4. Turn regulating parts 8a, 8b of the attaching ring are set on the end part of the insert part. A belt fixing part 11 through which a rivet 10 to fasten the shouldering belt penetrates is formed on a belt engaging part 9 of the attaching ring to hold the attaching root of the turning shouldering belt 7 in a turned-up state.
