PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To normally perform shading correction without being affected by stain, etc., of a white reference member. SOLUTION: An initialization value of white data is stored in a memory 2 beforehand at the time of shipping, or the like. An image processing part 21 reads a correction factor corresponding to a lamp turned-on time duration from a correction table 2a and corrects the initialization value of the white data stored beforehand.
