PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling bearing rolling elements from which a retainer is eliminated while preventing them from getting apart, the number of the rolling elements can be increased to increase capacity without enlarging a bearing, and improved in strength and vibration absorbing performance. SOLUTION: This rolling element 5 comprises solid lubricant 14 sealed in gaps between an inner and an outer rings 11 and 12 around the rolling elements 13. The solid lubricant 14 comprises shoulder guide parts 19c and 20b facing shoulder parts 16 and 18 of the inner and outer rings 11 and 12, and end guide parts 20c and 19b facing end parts 11a and 12a of the inner and outer rings 11 and 12.
