PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-rise or super high-rise multiple dwelling house building provide with a large opening improving daylighting and ventilation at a low cost and with a high vibration resistance. SOLUTION: A flat beam is used for an outer peripheral beam 4 constituting an outer peripheral tube frame structure 2 in the multiple dwelling house building 1. An internal frame structure 5 formed of an internal column 6, an internal beam 7 and an internal column 6, an external column 3, and the internal beam 7 and a core wall region 8 in which a plurality of core walls 9 are concentrated, are arranged. Further, in the multiple dwelling house building 1, a plurality of peripheral columns 11 are constructed at the outer periphery of the core wall region 8 and short span connection beams 10 having a vibration control device 10a between the adjacent peripheral columns 11 and inner columns 6a in the core wall region 8 in which the core walls 9 are integrally constructed are connectedly hung over.
